The online pre-work takes about two hours to complete, and consists of a pre-work journal, strengths assessment and online content to introduce users to vocabulary and allow them to practice soft skills scenarios.
The interactive one-day in person workshop engages the user in practical scenarios focused on professionalism, critical thinking, and problem solving as they relate to behavior styles.
