EmployABILITY Soft Skills programs take skill-building further, guiding students through communication, conflict resolution, adaptability, productivity, and workplace readiness. From early teamwork to career professionalism, they develop the confidence and responsibility employers seek.
Activities are designed for the participants to work individually and in a group, such as with family members or playmates. The activities are followed up with discussion questions. These questions are designed to help you see if the learner has a good grasp of the lesson’s concept, or that the child could benefit from reviewing the lesson a second time. The lessons and activities can be reviewed as many times as needed for the learner to develop an understanding of the specific topic.
